Do you work with companies outside Brazil?
Yes. I work in English and Portuguese, with online meetings.
Do I need to understand AI or programming?
No. You explain the business problem, I handle the technical side and explain each step in plain words.
How much does a project cost?
It depends on the scope. After a short call, I send a proposal with scope, timeline and price.
Is there a contract?
Yes. Scope, timeline, price and warranty go into a written contract, signed electronically.
How does payment work?
We agree on it in the proposal. It can be upfront, half at the start and half on delivery, in stages, in instalments or as a monthly fee when the system is a subscription.
Who owns the code at the end?
It depends on the format. With a full sale, the code becomes yours once it is paid for. With a subscription, you use the system while it is active, and the contract can include an option to buy the code later.
What happens after launch?
The contract includes a warranty period to fix defects at no cost. After that, you can keep a monthly maintenance and support plan.
Is my data, and my customers' data, protected?
If we will discuss sensitive business information, I sign a confidentiality agreement first. When the project handles personal data, the contract covers the obligations of Brazil's data protection law (LGPD).
