How a project with me works.

Six stages, always in this order.

  1. First conversation

    What happens
You describe the process or the idea on WhatsApp or through the form. I ask questions until I understand where the problem is.
    What you get
A first read on what can be done and whether it makes sense to go on.
    What I need from you
A few minutes to explain how things work today.
  2. Discovery

    What happens
I map the process, where time gets lost and what is worth solving first. I separate what needs AI from what plain rules can handle.
    What you get
A written proposal with scope, timeline and price.
    What I need from you
Real examples of the process: spreadsheets, messages, documents, whatever exists.
  3. Prototype

    What happens
I build a clickable version of what will be built, to validate the idea before the full investment.
    What you get
A version you can click and test.
    What I need from you
Honest feedback: what works, what confuses, what is missing.
  4. Build

    What happens
I develop in frequent deliveries. You follow everything in a test environment from start to finish.
    What you get
Access to the test environment and a heads-up at each delivery.
    What I need from you
Access to the tools we will connect and quick answers when questions come up.
  5. Live

    What happens
The system goes into production with what the proposal set out, tested with real data.
    What you get
The system running and an explanation of how to use it.
    What I need from you
Someone on your side to sign off on the delivery.
  6. Evolve

    What happens
Monitoring, adjustments and new automations as the business grows. The next step starts from what real use showed.
    What you get
Fixes, improvements and new ideas based on what is running.
    What I need from you
Telling me what changed in your routine, so we can decide the next step.

Frequently asked questions

How long does it take?

It depends on the scope. The timeline goes in writing in the proposal, after discovery.

Can I start with just the prototype?

Yes. The prototype exists exactly to test the idea before the full investment.

What if I already have a system?

Even better. Discovery starts from what you already use, and the first step is usually connecting rather than replacing.

Is some process slowing your team down?

Tell me how it works today and I will tell you what can be automated.
