Privacy policy

Who is responsible
The data controller for this website is Yan Souza, based in Brazil. For anything about your data, including access, correction or deletion requests, write to yansilvatech@gmail.com. This address is the data subject contact channel required by Brazil's LGPD (art. 41) and ANPD Resolution No. 2/2022.
What data is processed
Contact form: your name, email or WhatsApp and the message you write.
Access logs: like any website, the hosting server and Cloudflare, which protects and speeds up the site, record technical data for each visit (IP address, date, time, page and browser).
Spam protection: for up to 24 hours, the form keeps a code derived from your IP (the IP itself is not saved) and a code derived from the message text that cannot be turned back into it. They are used only to limit repeated submissions.
The site uses no tracking cookies, ad pixels or audience analytics.
Why the data is used and on which legal basis
Replying to you and, if you ask, sending a proposal: steps taken at your request before entering into a contract (LGPD art. 7, V; GDPR art. 6(1)(b)).
Access logs and spam protection: website security and compliance with legal obligations where they apply (LGPD art. 7, II and IX; Brazil's Internet Civil Framework art. 15; GDPR art. 6(1)(c) and (f)).
Data is not sold, rented or used for marketing. If I ever want to send news, I will ask for your consent separately.
How long it is kept
Contact form messages stay in my email inbox while they are useful for the conversation and a possible contract. If you want your message deleted, ask by email and I will delete it. If the conversation leads to a contract, the contract’s legal retention periods apply. Access logs are kept by the hosting provider for the period it sets and, where the law requires, for at least the 6 months set by Brazil’s Internet Civil Framework. The anti-spam codes are deleted within 24 hours.
Who data is shared with
Hostinger, which hosts the website and the form. Cloudflare, which sits between your browser and the server to block attacks and deliver pages faster, so it processes the IP address and technical data of each visit. Google (Gmail), where form messages arrive by email. These providers may store data on servers outside Brazil and outside your country; such international transfers rely on providers that apply security measures and data protection clauses (LGPD art. 33; GDPR chapter V). If you click the WhatsApp button, the conversation happens on WhatsApp, owned by Meta, under its own privacy policy.
Storage in your browser
The site sets no cookies of its own. Cloudflare may set a technical security cookie in specific situations, such as when it needs to check that a visit comes from a person; it is not used to track you or for advertising. The site stores a single item in your browser’s local storage (localStorage): the light or dark theme you chose with the menu button, to keep your preference across pages. This only happens when you click the button, does not identify you and can be cleared at any time in your browser settings. The WhatsApp assistant drafts the message inside your browser and stores or sends nothing until you open WhatsApp.
Security
The site runs on HTTPS only, the form validates data on the server, blocks automated submissions and does not save messages to a database. No measure is perfect, but the aim is to keep as little as possible for as short a time as possible.
Your rights
You can ask at any time to access, correct, delete, restrict or port your data, to object to processing and to withdraw consent, as provided by the LGPD (art. 18) and, if you are in the European Economic Area, the GDPR (arts. 15 to 21). Write to yansilvatech@gmail.com. You may also complain to Brazil’s data protection authority (ANPD) or to the supervisory authority in your country.
Children
This website is aimed at businesses and professionals and is not intended for anyone under 18.
