Nothing on the site is an offer with a fixed price or timeline. Scope, timeline and price for each project are set in writing in an individual proposal, after a conversation about your case. What applies to each project is what that proposal and the contract say.
Projects and examples
The projects shown are real and live. Capitu TCG was built for a client and is presented as portfolio work; its brands and content belong to their owners. The interactive demos on the site (such as the sample chat) are simulations and do not represent any client’s system.
Third-party trademarks
Names and logos of tools and companies (such as WhatsApp, Google, Stripe, Notion and others) belong to their owners. They appear only to identify technologies that can be worked with and do not imply partnership, sponsorship or certification.
Intellectual property
The texts, design, code and original images of this website belong to Yan Souza. You may quote excerpts with a link to the original page. Copying the site or parts of it for commercial use without permission is not allowed.
