Integrations and APIs that get your tools talking.

What the project includes

API connections

Direct integration, following each tool’s official documentation.

Webhooks and events

When something happens in one system, the other knows right away.

AI models in the flow

Claude, Gemini and other models wherever text needs reading, summarizing or sorting.

Your own API

When partners or an app need access to your system, I design and document the API.

Where it usually helps

Sale becomes a record

An approved payment creates the customer in the CRM and triggers the welcome message.

Inventory in sync

Store, marketplace and spreadsheet showing the same number.

Leads in one place

Form, WhatsApp and ads feeding the same pipeline.

No-code at its limit

When Zapier or n8n get expensive or fragile, custom code takes over the heavy part.

Discovery

I learn how the process works, where time gets lost and what is worth automating first.

Prototype

A clickable version to validate the idea before the full investment.

Build

Frequent deliveries, with access to the test environment from start to finish.

Evolve

Monitoring, adjustments and new automations as the business grows.

Frequently asked questions

What if my tool has no API?

There may still be a way: scheduled exports, email, webhooks or browser automation. I assess each case and tell you what is reliable.

Will the integration break when the tool updates?

It can happen. That is why it has monitoring and alerts: if a call fails, you will know.

Zapier, n8n or custom code?

For simple flows, no-code tools work well. Custom code pays off when volume grows, the cost per run adds up or the flow has too many rules.

Is some process slowing your team down?

Tell me how it works today and I will tell you what can be automated.
