An ad offers a specific service. Someone taps it, reaches a page listing everything the company does, and has to look again for the offer they just saw. Before changing colours or commissioning another website, fix that path.
Choose the structure around what the visitor needs to do. A campaign with one defined offer calls for a focused page. A business explaining different services, showing projects and answering questions throughout a longer search may need several pages.
Start with the next action
Write the expected action in one sentence: request a quote, book a conversation or buy a product. Then describe where visitors come from and what they already know.
A campaign landing page can present the offer, explain who it suits, answer the main questions and lead to contact. The form and WhatsApp message should refer to that same offer. If the ad promises an assessment, the button should lead to it, explaining what happens next.
Don’t add a menu full of destinations to fill space. Include links that help someone decide, such as service details and information about the company.
When several pages help
Imagine a company serving shops and clinics with different services. Each audience has its own questions. Separating those subjects lets you answer a visitor’s actual need instead of squeezing everything into a generic description.
That also gives search content a clearer structure. Google’s SEO guide recommends useful content, descriptive titles and links that make pages discoverable. It doesn’t promise first place or guarantee indexing. A larger page count isn’t a strategy by itself.
Before adding a page, identify the question it answers and how someone will reach it.
The form belongs in the delivery
Test contact on a phone using the real keyboard and fields. Check whether visitors understand what to enter, receive confirmation and know how they’ll hear back.
W3C guidance associates labels with form controls so their purpose is clear, including to people using assistive technology. Text that disappears when someone starts typing shouldn’t carry that explanation alone.
The brief should name who receives enquiries and who follows up. A page can work technically while requests sit forgotten in an inbox.
Measure through to the enquiry
Keep visits, button clicks and enquiries received separate. A WhatsApp click doesn’t prove someone sent the message. Agree which event will be measured and how the team will check incoming requests.
Then read some of those requests. Do they match the advertised service? Is the same information repeatedly missing? Those answers can guide edits without replacing the entire layout.
What to bring to a quote
Bring the offer, expected traffic source, customer questions and contact destination. Separate content you already have from content someone still needs to produce.
If the campaign depends on a single offer, start with that page. If customers follow different paths, map the links between them. Expand when a specific need appears, with content and a responsible person assigned to each new page.
